    It’s for those navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm — and who may not have extended health benefits or the flexibility in their budget to access therapy at full cost.

    At Arms Open Counselling, we believe that quality mental health care should be accessible and rooted in community care. Financial barriers should not prevent someone from getting the support they need.

    Through limited reduced-fee and pro bono options, we are committed to creating pathways to care so more people can access professional, compassionate therapy.
