Ready to Regulate
Ages: 7-9
Helping Children Understand and manage big feelings.
Ready to Regulate is a six-week skill-building group designed to help children develop emotional regulation skills and learn strategies for managing strong emotions and outbursts.

Serenity Squad
Ages: 10-12
Building skills to understand and manage anxiety.
Serenity Squad gives youth a supportive space to learn about anxiety, develop coping strategies, and build confidence in managing challenging emotions and situations.
6 weeks

Serenity Seekers
Ages: 13-16
Building practical tools for navigating anxiety.
Serenity Seekers provides teens with an opportunity to learn about anxiety, explore coping strategies, and connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges.

Confidence Club
Ages: 10-12
Building confidence, resilience, and a positive sense of self.
Confidence Club helps youth explore what shapes their self-confidence while developing practical skills to build resilience and a healthier, more positive sense of self.

Shine
Ages: 13-15
Building self-esteem and confidence during the teen years.
Shine provides teens with a supportive environment to explore self-esteem, strengthen confidence, and develop a more positive relationship with themselves.
