Our therapists are trained in cultural considerations to help provide Indigenous clients with support. They understand the complex historical and ongoing challenges faced by Indigenous communities, including the impacts of colonization, forced assimilation policies such as residential schools, loss of land, and systemic discrimination. These experiences have contributed to intergenerational trauma, mental health disparities, and social inequities that continue to affect many Indigenous people today.
We strive to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where Indigenous clients feel heard and valued. We aim to support resilience, empowerment, and wellness in line with Indigenous worldviews and values.
We are here to help.
